Mini Alcohol Burner
With my increasing interest in the flame licker engine models, I needed a proper mini alcohol burner to supply the flame. The three pictures above show how I made one. It's simply a small brass block with the center milled out and holes drilled for a fill cap and a spout. A small plate of brass makes the base and a piece of 1/4" brass rod was drilled out to form the spout tube. It's all clamped together, soldered up and I have my burner. It took just a little cleaning up to make it look good.
